Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) carefully because they govern your use of Elysana Terminal, including its website and its trading and token launch services (the “Site”), offered by Elysana Terminal (“Elysana”, “we” or “us”).
Please read these Terms carefully. They explain how deposits, balances, trading and token launches work on Elysana Terminal, what you agree to when you use it, and how our liability to you is limited.
Agreement to Terms
By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree to be bound by these Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not use the Site.
Changes to these Terms or the Site
We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. If we do, we’ll let you know by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after the update means you accept the new Terms. We may also change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
Who May Use the Site?
You may use the Site only if you are 18 years or older, capable of forming a binding contract with Elysana, and not otherwise barred from using the Site under applicable law. You may not use the Site if you are located in, or a resident of, a restricted jurisdiction described in these Terms.
The Site

Elysana Terminal lets you trade tokens listed on Kinetiq’s Elysium Chain using SOL or USDC from a Solana wallet, without bridging your assets to Elysium yourself.
[b]
Elysana Terminal also lets you launch your own token on Elysium Chain, paying launch costs in SOL or USDC from a Solana wallet.
[c]
Elysana is an independent product. Unless we say otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Kinetiq, Elysium Chain, Hyperliquid, Solana or any wallet provider.

Market data, prices and other information shown on the Site are provided for convenience, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are not a guarantee of any price you will receive.
Wallets and Your Account
[a]
To use the Site you connect a Solana wallet that you control. Your Elysana account is linked to that wallet address.
[b]
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, its private keys and its recovery phrase. We will never ask for your private key or recovery phrase.
[c]
Any action taken from your connected wallet is treated as taken by you. If you believe your wallet or account has been compromised, stop using it and contact us immediately.
Deposits, Balances and Withdrawals
[a]
You can fund your account by depositing SOL or USDC from your Solana wallet. Only assets we list as supported may be deposited, and assets sent in any other way may be lost.

Deposits are held by Elysana, your balance is recorded in your Elysana account, and trades are settled internally on Elysana’s ledger rather than on-chain, with Elysana acting as the counterparty to your trades; withdrawals are paid from Elysana’s holdings to your Solana wallet.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance to your connected Solana wallet. Withdrawals may be subject to minimum amounts, network fees, processing times and security or compliance review, and we may delay or refuse a withdrawal where we reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent fraud, comply with law or protect the Site.

If your balance is credited in error, we may correct it. You agree to return any assets you receive by mistake.
Trading
[a]
When you place a trade, it is executed at the price shown when you confirm it, which references markets for the relevant token on Elysium Chain. Prices can move quickly and the price you see may change before you confirm.
[b]
We may set limits on trade size, positions and markets, and we may refuse, cancel or reverse any trade that results from an error, a price feed failure, abuse or a violation of these Terms.
[c]
You can lose some or all of the value you trade. Only trade what you can afford to lose.
Token Launches
[a]
If you launch a token through the Site, you are solely responsible for that token, its name, its description, its marketing and its compliance with all applicable laws.
[b]
You may not launch a token that infringes anyone’s rights, impersonates another person or project, is a security or regulated product in any jurisdiction where it is offered, or is intended to defraud anyone.
[c]
Launch fees are charged in SOL or USDC and are shown before you confirm. Fees are not refundable once a launch is submitted.
[d]
We may decline, hide or remove any token from the Site at any time, for any reason.
Fees
We may charge fees for trading, deposits, withdrawals, token launches and other features. Applicable fees are shown on the Site before you confirm an action. We may change our fees at any time, and changes apply only to actions taken after the change.
Prohibited Use and Restricted Jurisdictions

You may not use the Site if you are located in, organized in or a resident of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, if you are listed on any sanctions list, or where use of the Site would be illegal.
[b]
You may not use a VPN or any other method to hide your location in order to get around these restrictions.
[c]
You may not use the Site for money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, wash trading, fraud or any other unlawful activity.
[d]
You may not interfere with, attack, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the Site, or use bots or automated systems that we have not approved.
Risks
[a]
Digital assets are highly volatile. The value of SOL, USDC and tokens on Elysium Chain can fall sharply, including to zero.
[b]
Blockchains, wallets and the networks the Site relies on can fail, slow down, fork or be attacked, which can delay deposits and withdrawals or cause losses.
[c]
Elysium Chain is a newer network and may change, pause or not reach the scale or reliability you expect.
[d]
Laws and regulations that apply to digital assets are uncertain and may change in ways that limit or end your ability to use the Site.
Nothing on Elysana Terminal is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for deciding whether any trade or token launch is right for you.
Third-Party Chains, Wallets and Services
The Site works with third-party networks, wallets and services, including Solana, Elysium Chain and wallet providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, security, fees or actions. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or any part of it, at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Site or other users. Where permitted by law, we will make your available balance available for withdrawal after termination, subject to these Terms.
Intellectual Property
Elysana owns all rights, title and interest in and to the Site, including its software, design, text and branding. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create works based on the Site without our written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR FREE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELYSANA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO ELYSANA IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Elysana harmless from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site, any token you launch, or your violation of these Terms or of any law.
General Terms

Reservation of Rights. Elysana exclusively owns all right, title and interest in and to the Site, except as expressly set out in these Terms.
[b]
Entire Agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Elysana about the Site.
[c]
Notices. Any notices we give you under these Terms will be given by posting on the Site.
[d]
Waiver and Severability. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
